Our Pricing
Our pricing is not only competitive but also completely transparent. We offer both hourly and project-based pricing to fit your grant writing and grant management needs:

Hourly Pricing

Rate: $100-$300/hr based on needs and expertise required

Project-Based Standard Pricing

Letter of Inquiry/Intent (LOI): $300-$500 per standard LOI

Includes organizational overview, project details (timeline, budget, activities, outcomes, impact), funding strategy

Non-standard LOIs are billed at our hourly rate

Foundation Grant: $1,500-$2,500 per standard grant

This range covers 90% of the grants we write; additional hours are billed at our standard rate. More details upon request

Government Grant: $3,000-$5,000 per standard grant

Grant Research: $750-$1,250 for a comprehensive round of research

Pricing of and time to deliver output depends significantly on the quality and timeliness of information provided by the client.
